This is a rare opportunity to join the Marketing team in our Energy & Resources Segment. Based in Balcatta at our Perth Support Centre this is a full-time position with occasional site-based travel.
About the job
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Energy & Resources Australia, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of a newly approved mobile app.
Whilst working in a small team you will partner closely with the Segment Managers and senior stakeholders, our Service operations and Transversal teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of results. You will be required to articulate and present your ideas and also link in with external vendors as you progress through the various roll-out stages of the project.
About you
You will be able to demonstrate previous success in the Digital Marketing field and ideally bring knowledge in app development, digital marketing strategy and implementation.
You will have experience in developing and implementing digital campaigns including designing business processes, measurement tools and reporting on results. You will also be data savvy and have a passion for turning insights and analytics into tangible and profitable offers, as well as proposing improvement opportunities to the key stakeholders.
The position will suit an organised, motivated and driven individual and will see you working on project that is a key focus for the business with global reach. Your people management skills and exceptional ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business is critical to your success in this role. You must be able to demonstrate success in a matrix-style organisation and will be a self-motivator with experience leading successful teams.
