Our Client
A highly reputable and flourishing property developer focused mainly in the Sydney market, our client is committed to the provision of exceptional residential developments, and sound investment opportunities to both local and off-shore investors.
Your New Role
Working hand in hand with the Residential Project Sales & Marketing Director, this role will coordinate all of the implementation' for the marketing of their projects as well as PR, Events Coordination and Brand Promotion
Duties can including:
- Working with consultants and external parties to ensure collateral and materials are delivered to a high standard
- Research competitive projects
- Assist with online marketing campaigns (including digital) and communications
- Monitor marketing budgets and ensure operation is within parameters
- Maintaining sales databases
- Gain media coverage of projects through strategic PR
- Support the Director in Events organization and corporate branding
About You
- Previous property marketing coordination experience (1 year + within property development)
- Passion for the property industry
- Mandarin speaking advantageous
- Tech & computer system savvy
- Capability in InDesign and Photoshop will be highly regarded
