We are currently partnering with a fantastic business that is located in the CBD close to all the best amenities that Melbourne has to offer.  
Due to the rapid growth that this company has experienced they are looking for an experienced Marketing and Sales Coordinator to come and join this high performing team, initially as a fixed term 3-month contract but with a view to permanency for the right candidate.
We have been working with this client for a long time and what I can tell you is that they have a fantastic culture that they have worked hard to achieve and are dedicated to maintaining, the offices are lovely, and the people are amazing.

Role
This is a broad role and the successful applicant will be a key contributor for several different campaigns the key aims of which will be to promote the new service offerings and build loyalty in existing customers. If you have been looking for a role that will allow you to work with a wide range of stakeholders in a collaborative and fast paced environment, this is the role you have been looking for.
  
Duties

• Creating, designing, testing, editing and executing several deliverables including email campaigns, newsletters, landing pages
• Writing creative briefs
• Managing print productions
• Using a wide range of software tools to create visual aids in the forms of graphs and charts
• Creating and adhering to brand standards
• Responsibility for all social media posts and coordinate responses
• Reporting on results of various marketing campaigns
• Monitor and log competitor activity
• Work with Senior Stakeholders on a wide range of projects

  
Skills and Experience Required
This is an amazing opportunity, key to your success will be your extensive experience in a similar role and your excellent communication skills, in addition you will require the following:

• Significant experience in a similar role (at least 2 years)
• Strong excel skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• The ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders
• Excellent time management skills
• Experience with a wide range of social media platforms
• Experience using Adobe and Microsoft Office
