Culture Counts is a cutting-edge performance evaluation company that has developed an innovative system for measuring value to individuals and communities. The Culture Counts platform involves software tools and a metric framework that capture and analyse feedback on the quality and intrinsic impact of places, events, services and experiences using digital devices.

With office in Perth, Melbourne and London, the Culture Counts system is being used by leading arts and cultural organisations, local governments, libraries and institutions around the world. Key Australian clients include the WA Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries; City of Melbourne; Sydney Opera House and Create NSW.

We are seeking expressions of interest for a self-motivated individual with exceptional communication skills to work within our close-knit team. The position will be responsible for providing:

  • High-level customer service to existing clients
  • On boarding to the Culture Counts platform
  • Assistance with event survey setup and distribution
  • Assistance with online media (including website, blog, twitter, instagram, e-newsletter)
  • Content writing, coordination of content delivery and editing of content
  • Analysis and compilation of monthly online and social media reports (Google Analytics)
  • Researching upcoming conferences/seminars for team members attendance, arranging attendance and assisting with preparation of presentations
  • Testing of software feature updates

Essential Criteria:

  • Qualified or undertaking studies in Marketing, Communications, Market Research, Commerce or similar discipline
  • 1-2 years work experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to manage multiple client interactions and customer service requests daily
  • Advanced computer skills and experienced with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Excellent organisational skills to meet deadlines
  • Attentive to detail
