As part of this growth they have a very unique opportunity for a Product Manager to join the Credit Cards team.
The Role
As Product Manager you will be responsible for the development and execution of strategies that enhance the product portfolio.
You will have end to end responsibility for the credit card book working closely with the Head of Product to identify product development and enhancement opportunities that position the product front of wallet to customers.
You will be identifying opportunities to develop highly profitable acquisition, on boarding and portfolio optimisation propositions as well as managing the P/L and impact of all activities in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
This broad role will see you develop journey maps on processes and develop solutions that delight customers and offer a best in market experience.
You will develop and in-depth understanding of the business and technical processes and be able to identify areas to logically improve these within constraints of the system.
The Person
To be successful you will ideally be an experienced Credit Card Product Manager looking for the opportunity to do things differently.
You will have a strong understanding of the financials behind a credit card book and a passion for using customer- led solutions to enhance the market positioning.
You will have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment and be led by a desire to meet business goals by offering the best customer centric solutions.
