The Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity within our team for a Digital Campaign Manager to be responsible for leading and shaping Amatil’s digital customer communication channels in a professional and efficient manner. Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce and Digital Strategy, this role will see you partnering with a variety of diverse stakeholders both internal and external to the business, focusing on driving CCA’s digital capabilities and utilising Technology to deliver digital customer solutions to drive growth for CCA.

Key responsibilities include;

  • Leading the strategy for digital content and customer communications, including management of systems and programs.
  • Planning, budgeting and optimizing digital marketing channels that will grow the engaged customer base.
  • Managing the digital content and communications team, ensuring adequate coaching and development that drives digital capabilities within the team.
  • Working closely with Route to Market, National Sales Centre, Brand and Marketing teams to make sure there is consistency in content and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Understanding business requirements to help design, develop and deploy digital solutions including; websites, landing pages, email campaigns, web forms etc.
  • Own reporting of key business metrics and insights to the broader organization.
  • Continuous process improvement to drive efficiencies across the digital functions.
  • Managing campaign briefs and the digital campaign calendar.
  • Quality assurance of all campaign content across digital channels.

To be set up for success, you will you will need to bring to the role:

  • +5 years’ experience working in an ecommerce and digital environment, preferably B2B.
  • Degree qualified in a relevant field preferred (e.g. business, commerce or computer science).
  • Experience leading or coaching a team.
  • Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar EDM management system.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL or AMP Script a plus.
  • Familiarity with CMS such as Sitecore, Magento etc.
  • Technical ability to work across multiple platforms and data management capabilities.
  • Able to prioritise your workload and adapt to the change of business requirements.
  • Skills in creative design, SEO, SEM, Social, website tagging, and UX/UI design are beneficial but not essential.
  • Understanding of digital marketing best practices and SPAM compliance.
