As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the operational management of all Marketing Communication across a multi-business organisation.
The role is diverse and spans and interdepedant spectrum of Brand Communications, Events Management, and Trade Marketing. We are a marketing driven organisation, and as such this role is pivotal to the future success of the brand within the Australian market. Our goal is to drive growth with our business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- day to day communication and support to franchised stores regarding local marketing communications acitivities. Inclunding but not exlcusive to local events, PR opportunities, fashion events
- develop and maintain affiliate and corporate partner relationships
- strategic devlopment and delivery of a national marketing calendar with set budget
- oversee digital marketing including website and social media channels
- trade and consumer digital and print media buying and booking
- liaison with nominated PR agency
- provision of industry news and market trend information
- active coaching and development of marketing team
- oversee local marketing strategies for franchised stores
To be successful
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication OR Similar disciplines
- 5 years or more experience
- Team player and excellent organisation skills
- Strong leadership skills & line management experience
- Strong understanding of Consumer Trends
