About the Corporate Communications Support Role:
Focusing on external Marketing, PR and Communications, we are looking for a highly skilled, committed, passionate professional to take on the role of Corporate Communications Support in Australia. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of CHL’s media and communications strategy. Your main tasks will include (but are not limited to):
- The development and regular updating of marketing materials
- Maintaining the company’s image library, including videos and obtain consent
- Monitoring and updating the company websites in line with established messages
- Supporting company events including office openings, project launches, Christmas parties etc.
- Providing graphic design support for marketing related activities
- Maintaining a stock of marketing resources, lists and databases
- Working with staff across the company to support their marketing needs
- Assist with preparation and distribution of a range of newsletters, brochures etc
- Liaising with and coordinating with a range of marketing suppliers
- Preparing reports on marketing campaigns and events
What will success look like?
To be successful in this Corporate Communications Support role you will need to demonstrate success in an administration role, as well as a sound understanding of marketing and communication principals.
You will demonstrate an ability to work as part of a small team in a self-directed environment and possess key attributes including:
- 3 years or more experience in an admin role with relevant qualifications
- Understanding of marketing and communication concepts and techniques
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe with a knowledge of media editing programs
- A solid grasp of design and printing processes & a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under direction while maintaining initiative
- Proven organisational and time management skills
- Commitment to the right of every person to good quality housing
- Satisfactory Police and Working with Children’s Check
