This role will see you providing support to both agents, vendors & buyers, allowing the agents to focus on what they do best - listing & selling.
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated ability in a similar role within residential real estate and be accustomed to working to tight deadlines, multi-tasking & managing a small team.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation, coordination and monitoring of electronic and print media
- Work closely and effectively with agent teams to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments, responsibilities and follow-up as necessary
- Management of a small Customer Service team in HQ & offshore
- Maintenance of sales files and online compliance
- Coordinate calendars and schedule relevant meetings and appointments
- Ensuring that campaigns run smoothly, efficiently and to time
- Preparing proposals, personal marketing and other materials
- Coordinating property marketing materials and campaign management
- Liaising with buyers, vendors and solicitors throughout the sales process
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- A minimum of 7 years of administrative support/sales assistant/customer service role
- Previous Real Estate industry experience highly regarded
- Strong written and oral communication
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, punctual, reliable and display initiative
- Excellent personal & professional presentation
- Proven Management skills
Nice to have:
- A NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Proficiency with Google suite of products (docs, sheets, slides)
