If you are an excellent communicator, process driven, technology savvy and have an eye for detail - we want to talk to you!
This role will see you providing support to both agents, vendors & buyers, allowing the agents to focus on what they do best - listing & selling.
 
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated ability in a similar role within residential real estate and be accustomed to working to tight deadlines, multi-tasking & managing a small team.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Preparation, coordination and monitoring of electronic and print media
  • Work closely and effectively with agent teams to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments, responsibilities and follow-up as necessary
  • Management of a small Customer Service team in HQ & offshore
  • Maintenance of sales files and online compliance
  • Coordinate calendars and schedule relevant meetings and appointments
  • Ensuring that campaigns run smoothly, efficiently and to time
  • Preparing proposals, personal marketing and other materials
  • Coordinating property marketing materials and campaign management
  • Liaising with buyers, vendors and solicitors throughout the sales process
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
  • A minimum of 7 years of administrative support/sales assistant/customer service role
  • Previous Real Estate industry experience highly regarded
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, punctual, reliable and display initiative
  • Excellent personal & professional presentation
  • Proven Management skills 
Nice to have:
  • A NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • Proficiency with Google suite of products (docs, sheets, slides)
