Exciting new role for a Digital Insight Analyst to join a global retailer

Your new company
A Global business with Australian head quarters based in Sydney have created a new role for a Digital Insight Analyst to support the eCommerce and digital functions.

Your new role
Reporting to the GM of Marketing you will measure performance and all digital activities including eCommerce, email marketing, social media engagement and online performance marketing. Your overall duties will include:

• Providing actionable insights from the data
• Manipulate the CRM data to increase conversion and drive engagement
• Build and maintain a range of dashboards and reports
• Analyse the data from the eCommerce stores including sales data, customer engagement and website performance
• Work collaboratively with key stakeholders outside of marketing

What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous relevant experience in a digital insight role, you will be highly analytical and have the ability to use SQL, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics. This is a high profile role within the company and you must be able to hit the ground running.
