Nongshim is famous for Shin Ramyun and is a food and beverage specialized company that has been leading the development of Korean culinary culture since 1965. In 2014, Nongshim established a sales corporate in Sydney, Australia, the largest consumption market in the South Hemisphere and is charming the South with the spicy taste of Korea.

Nongshim Australia is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for an Assistant Brand manager to continue to build and manage existing business with a focus on developing new markets.

Full-time Assistant Brand manager will be working in our North Ryde office and it is really a fantastic opportunity to join the team to help build on a market leading position.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Manage, develop and implement of annual strategic and action plans for Australia and New Zealand market
• Maintain and develop the product profiles and create the new product package
• Assist in management of the marketing advertising, promotional programs, objective and strategies and evaluate their effectiveness
• Campaign management across social media channels
• The usual administration, forecasting, performance reporting

Key Skills and experiences:

• Proven communication skills (written and oral) for the presentation of marketing and promotional plans, tactics and materials
• Developing marketing capabilities across various aspects of marketing campaigns development
• Have a FMCG experience
• Product Management capabilities
• Ability to utilize data in decision making
