What's involved?
You will be responsible for managing, developing and executing SEO campaigns for small to medium businesses to provide them with exceptional returns on their investments.
Contribute to our supportive, fast paced customer focused environment by utilising your high attention to detail, eye for accuracy and skill in meeting deadlines for your clients. What's most important is providing exceptional customer service.
You will be partnered with a supportive team environment throughout your journey. All relevant training (including the necessary tuition to gain Google qualifications) will be provided to ensure your success, plus ongoing skills training.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Previous experience in a fast paced customer/client focused role
- An ability to establish and maintain effective, strategic relationships with clients/customers
- Assertiveness, confidence, and resilience
- A high-level of empathy & patience
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A desire to achieve the best possible results for your clients as well as meet the expectations of relevant stakeholders
