Client Details
We are proud to be working with this established Brisbane government team. They are refreshingly different and have an established, vibrant team. Due to some impending legislative changes they are setting up an elite team to disseminate this information to the wider team and the public in the near future. They are seeking a like-minded individual that can help them push this project forward.
Based on Brisbane's south side, their offices are architecturally designed and ultra-modern, widely open-plan and featuring all the creature comforts you could expect. Description
This in-depth role will work across a range of mediums including internal web pages, social media and external media outlets including print. You will be required to digest complex and detailed legislative works and translate them into easy to understand works for the general public, industry professionals and internal staff. You will have a flare for disseminating information and be able to transcribe this to suit your audience.
The role will include:
- Developing content across differing channels, including talking points for senior executives to manage risk and communicate the key major changes and their impact
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure all communication follows the brand guidelines
- Develop a wide range of publications from flyers to brochures
- Assist the team in the development of a whole of Queensland marketing strategy for the project
Profile
You will possess substantial experience in Marketing and Communications across a wide range of areas. You will be a team player and possess highly developed stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in a ministerial or complex legislative context is desirable.
Demonstrated organisational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail is essential.

This is a temporary position with an initial term of 3 months with the possibility of extension. You will be able to join a busy team in a surprisingly funky Brisbane office environment.
