An opportunity has arisen for a creative Marketing  Executive to National Retail marketing team. You will be responsible for driving operational marketing initiatives across centre marketing teams and partner closely with the business to achieve strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include;

  • Provide career training and support to Marketing Managers and Assistant Marketing Managers
  • Assist in the identification of operational centre key issues and the development of appropriate strategic plans
  • Work with the Digital Content Manager to implement the rollout of national campaigns across the retail centres.
  • Provide a dedicated marketing resource to provide specific marketing training and development for Centre Marketing Teams
  • Assist the centre marketing teams in the development of a centre marketing plan which addresses the key issues and is focused on meeting the acquisition, conversion and retention objectives of the centre.
  • Review on an ongoing basis the implementation of the centre marketing plans and budgets to ensure they are achieving the set objectives.
  • Provide monthly insights to the Digital and Marketing team on upcoming campaigns and results of campaigns implemented.
  • Develop enhanced marketing metrics regarding MROI targets and analysis.
  • Work with the National Digital and Marketing team to deliver national projects:
  • Support for valued centres key campaign periods
  • Support for centres with web updates and gift card ordering.
  • Weekly and monthly sales and traffic analysis and reports.
  • Support with centre monthly budget reconciliations and development of  annual accruals and annual budget templates.  
  • Development of Digital monthly dashboard reports and budget management of national marketing invoices.
  • Support with the rollout of social media and digital strategies across the retail centres.
  • Work closely with the Digital and Marketing team to deliver the marketing peer group program.
  • Ensure that all new marketing team members are provided with the GPT marketing induction program.

To make you stand out from the crowd your skills and experience will ideally meet the below selection criteria.

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant area of Business – Marketing or Communications
  • Exposure and involvement in the Property Sector desirable not essential
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder
  • Proven track record in the field of marketing for a minimum of 3 years
