Currently we have two positions available and are seeking a qualified tradesperson and an experienced labourer to join our team working in residential building maintenance.
Mon to Fri - Casual Hourly Rate Based in the Northern suburbs.
Key requirements:
- Current drivers licence
- Police Check
- WHS knowledge and understanding
- Honest, reliable and strong communication skills
- Ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team
- Must have strong work ethic with the ability to problem solve
Examples of duties:
- Plaster repairs / flushing
- 2nd fix carpentry - doors and skirtings etc.
- Roofing repairs
- Alum. flyscreens and doors
- Cabinetry repairs
- Tiling
- Painting
