We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. If you are driven to work in a faced paced, sales focused and team orientated environment, this role maybe for you.
The Role :
- Sales ( over the counter )
- Provide accurate and timely customer service
- Answer general enquiries regarding products, price and stock availability
- Process orders and invoices
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, marketing material and stock management
- Basic warehouse operations e.g stock receiving, storing and retrieving stock
- Build relationships and develop rapport with customers
The Successful Candidate will have :
- Excellent communication skills
- Great listening and rapport building skills
- Be customer and solutions orientated
- Have the ability to work as part of a team
- Have a positive, professional and proactive attitude to work
- Sound computer skills
- Current Drivers Licence
Desirable - but not essential :
- Refrigeration or Air conditioning knowledge, or have basic mechanical aptitude
- General sales experience
- Current forklift license
- Preferably used an ERP system
