About the role
This is a role for the professional Service Technician who wishes to work with a company that is industry leading and is continuously striving to go further. It requires an individual who is ready to commit to working with us to continue our strong growth path.
Requirements of the role
This role will suit an individual who:
- Has experience in the operation, servicing and maintenance of small machinery such as high-pressure water cleaners and other cleaning equipment.
- Has a strong capacity to adapt and learn quickly;
- Is self starter, capable of multi-tasking
- Is driven to achieve outcomes benefiting our clients, our business and themselves
- Is people orientated and conversational
- Ensures operational documentation is consistent with client and company requirements
- Maintain customer communications
- Provide high level of customer service
- Work within a team environment
We believe to be successful, you will need to have had a minimum of one years experience in similar roles.
You must be passionate about customer service and delivering the best results to our clients consistently. You must have a positive "can do" attitude and the willingness to further develop your skills. Applicants will need to hold a valid driver’s licence and be a permanent resident able to work in Australia.
