The Role: 
 
You will be working as Project Manager, overseeing large projects over $10 million. You will need to have delivered projects up to this value previously within a similar sector (New Build Construction / Installations).  Reporting to the Construction manager, you will be ensuring the following:
 
• Project Management and budgeting / cost control in HVAC / Mechanical sectors
• Contract Management
• Engineering and design issues
• Client liaison

• Trade or Degree Qualified
•  Previously worked for a mechanical contractor within HVAC - candidates solely from Heavy Industrial areas OR Mining are not suitable.
• Be working within the commercial construction industry 
• Proven HVAC construction Project experience over $10m
• Ideally you'll have at least 5-10 years local experience
• Good Communications Skills, both written and verbal
• Commercially astute
