We currently have a rare opportunity for an Analyst to join our Agribusiness team. This role will assist with the effective growth of the CBRE Agribusiness services through the provision of accurate and insightful information.  This role will see you supporting senior staff for both transactions and valuations across a wide range of land throughout New Zealand and offers real career progression into either of these disciplines.

Reporting to the Senior Director - Agribusiness, an outline of the responsibilities is as follows;

• Researching Agricultural sector including dairy, forestry, viticulture, horticulture red meat and supply chain assets, company, properties and benchmarking productivity information 
• Preparing information memorandums, proposals, property presentations, documentation, meeting material and reports 
• Real estate market including analysis and information gathering 
• Interaction with clients, agents, owners, solicitors and occupiers 
• CRM (Client Relationship Management) and account management support
• Assisting with property searches and mapping 
• Financial statement analysis (high-level) and financial modelling
• Reviewing title, planning and property information records 
• Database entry, support and maintenance 

To be considered for this role you will ideally be degree qualified in either Agriculture/Property/Land Economics with intermediate to advanced MS Office skills and a working knowledge of sourcing information through web and electronic communication. 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong customer focus both internal and external and the ability to work effectively within a team environment along with an organised approach in managing workflow and multiple priorities are essential.  

Previous experience as an Analyst or within the agribusiness, forestry or property sectors would be highly beneficial but not essential. Graduate level applicants are also encouraged to apply.
