Harcourts Team Group operate more than 12 offices in the greater Wellington region. (Upper Hutt, Lower Hutt, Eastbourne, Wellington City, Khandallah, Paremata, Paraparaumu, Otaki, Waikanae, Levin, Feilding, and Palmerston North.
We have a specific requirement for a Kapiti Coast (Paraparaumu to Levin) Manager
The position is responsible for managing, support and driving our sales teams towards further success plus also charged with recruiting motivated professional people to further enhance the brand and providing our customers with simply the best service available.
A current Real Estate licence is essential, and ideally AREINZ as we take our supervision, support and leadership very seriously.

This is a full-time salaried role with significant additional incentive based on the success of YOUR sales team.
Our Managers do not sell against our sales consultants and are purely and simply to provide the absolute best support, motivation, and guidance to our existing and rapidly expanding sales team.
