An opening has come up for a Facilities Manager. Along with standard management of day to day operations of a portfolio, you will provide strategic input to the performance of various contracts and growth opportunities.
Key tasks:
- Maintaining tenant relationships on a daily basis to ensure any issues and needs are being addressed
- Provide strategic direction and advice on different aspects including financial budgets, CAPEX programmes and sustainability plans
- Preparation, reporting and maintaining monthly financials, annual operating budgets, budget developments that align with the overall business plans
- Be responsible for policies and procedures surrounding “best practice”, health and safety measures, government and local body compliance requirements
- Identify areas for cost reduction and support strategic decision making
Ideal candidate:
- Minimum 5 years’ in a leadership facilities management capacity
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and the ability to manage large financial budgets
- Excellent communication skills to ensure all the key stakeholder relationships are well maintained, both internally and externally
- A naturally results driven and focused individual
- Clear understanding and respect for Health & Safety
