An opening has come up for a Facilities Manager. Along with standard management of day to day operations of a portfolio, you will provide strategic input to the performance of various contracts and growth opportunities.

Key tasks:

  • Maintaining tenant relationships on a daily basis to ensure any issues and needs are being addressed
  • Provide strategic direction and advice on different aspects including financial budgets, CAPEX programmes and sustainability plans
  • Preparation, reporting and maintaining monthly financials, annual operating budgets, budget developments that align with the overall business plans
  • Be responsible for policies and procedures surrounding “best practice”, health and safety measures, government and local body compliance requirements
  • Identify areas for cost reduction and support strategic decision making

Ideal candidate:

  • Minimum 5 years’ in a leadership facilities management capacity
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and the ability to manage large financial budgets
  • Excellent communication skills to ensure all the key stakeholder relationships are well maintained, both internally and externally
  • A naturally results driven and focused individual
  • Clear understanding and respect for Health & Safety
