- Medium to top-tier firms within Christchurch
- Junior to senior positions

We have a number of clients seeking Legal Secretaries and/or Executives within varying firms, size/environments and specialist areas.
Roles may include:
- Supporting a number of Authors.
- Variety - conveyancing and property, litigation, family law and more.
- Digital dictation.
- Client liaison & file management.
- Editing letters, briefs and documents.
- Assisting with billings.
- PA duties such as diary and travel management.
Skills & Experience required:
- Preferably 2+ years experience.
- 55+ wpm typing speed with 100% accuracy.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in the MS Office Suite.
- Exposure to Lawbase, Land online, Infinity, Affinity.
- Attention to detail & ability to work under pressure.
- Friendly, professional aptitude.
