The Job:
  
Be our next Barista and join the larger Hipgroup family. Join a team of professional, fun-loving people dedicated to ensuring the customer experience is flawless. These are super skilled roles in dynamic, fast-paced, cafes and restaurants with tight-knit teams. There are laughs and plenty of good times to be had as you make every cup of coffee as perfect as the next!

Our Britomart venue is always busy so you'll get to know faces, names and coffee orders!
Brunch and breakfasts will have you stretch your skills, expertise and pace!

You will:

• Be able to make hundreds of perfect cups of coffee under pressure.
• Keep cool and good-tempered.
• Have excellent milk texturing skills.
• Work well in a team! 

The Person:

• You will have experience in a similar role
• Be passionate about hospitality
• Confident and capable
• Have a great attitude and be a motivated team player 

We are looking for baristas who are passionate about hospitality and want to embark on this journey, to share our story and promote our culture and ethos.
