About the role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a full time Banquets Supervisor to join our talented team. You'll support our Banquet Operations Manager in leading the Food & Beverage operation to be engaged in service delivery & greeting guests. Will also be required to cover restaurant shifts. Must be able to work Sundays.
Duties
- Set up, serve & clean all banquet functions
- Be the point of contact for clients during shift
- Supervise cash handling and banking procedures
- Conflict resolution with clients on shift & follow up any customer complaints
- Monitor guest behaviour and guest alcohol consumption
Skills & experience
- Certificate or equivalent in hospitality management
- At least 1 years’ supervisory experience
- Quality focused
- Can create a positive environment
- Attitude of leading from the front
