Receiving rave reviews, Federal Delicatessen is a fresh venture with well known and respected Kiwi chef Al Brown. The restaurant is fun, vibrant and reminiscent of the traditional Jewish Delis you'd experience in New York and Montreal but with a local spin. 

We have a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and passionate Chef de Partie looking to take the next exciting step in their culinary career. As a CDP, you'll be integral in maintaining Fed Delis on-going success and enjoy action packed services and be comfortable working in an open-kitchen environment.

You'll be hungry to learn and thrive on a challenge to work in such a fast paced environment. . If you've managed to visit Federal Delicatessen or our restaurant Depot, you'll see what we mean! Grill or Hotplate experience is highly desirable as is a mix of counter and line work.

Besides working alongside a team of experienced culinary professionals, you'll also get the chance to learn from Al Brown.  A love of Jewish American food and getting the New York deli vibe is a definite positive as well. Our team lives and breathes this authentic and exciting concept.
