Golden Bay Holiday Park located at Tukurua Beach is a beautiful iconic part of NZ in the heart of Golden Bay.
We are looking for an enthusiastic leader looking for a lifestyle change with the skills to drive this iconic business with seasonal staff.
You will lead and manage day to day operations including customer service, administration, accommodation bookings, seasonal recruitment, marketing, business development, housekeeping, maintenance of assets and grounds, quality assurance and health and safety ensuring that guests enjoy a happy, safe and memorable experience every step of the way.
As the front face of the park you'll enjoy getting out and about around the park meeting holiday makers and hearing their experiences first hand, ensuring that facilities are clean and assets are maintained to the highest standards, promptly addressing any areas requiring improvement.
A down to earth people person with a hands on approach who knows how to get alongside your people to develop a positive, engaged team committed to continuous improvement and keen to be a part of the future success of the park.
