Assistant Restaurant Managers / Duty Managers

Bartenders / Head Expo

Duty Managers and Assistant Restaurant Managers

You will:

  • Have previous experience running shifts and leading a team within a high-volume restaurant
  • Have a passion for delivering customer experiences second to none
  • Be ready to step up to your next challenge and be part of a very high performing team
  • Be ready to be an integral part of a premium high volume fast paced operation 
  • Be well presented, enthusiastic and professional
  • Ideally have an LCQ certificate or current Managers Certificate

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Duty Manager you will report to the Venue Manager and help create unforgettable experiences for our guests while maintaining a fun and professional atmosphere for the team around you. You’ll be involved in running the day to day business, training staff and ensuring our restaurant stands out from the rest.

Head Expeditor

As Head Expeditor your responsibility is to ensure all kitchen orders are prepared in a timely manner and according to menu and customer specifications. You would also finalizes the presentation of the plate and ensures that orders flow from the kitchen to the diners and direct kitchen runners and wait staff who are delivering completed orders.

Skill set needed:

  • Minimum level of experience of 1 years in hospitality
  • Can work well under pressure
  • Perfected communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Flexibility
  • Staff management skills
  • Minimum commitment of 6 months

Experienced Bartenders

  • At least 1 years of general bartending
  • Cocktail bartending experience ideal
  • General Managers Cert / LCQ highly regarded
  • High level of personal presentation
  • Minimum commitment of 6 months
  • Personality plus!
