St Johns Bar and Eatery an iconic hospitality venue in Wellington is undergoing a major refurbishment. We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and hands-on General Manager to lead the team and make St Johns the number one hospitality venue in Wellington.
This is an outstanding opportunity for the right person to be involved with one of the Trinity Group companies.
If you are passionate about ensuring your guests enjoy epic hospitality whilst building lasting relationships and you love building a strong team, who strive to make a positive difference every day, then this job is for you.
In addition, you will need to have at least 5 years experience in running all aspects of a hospitality outlet and the necessary qualifications, and experience in
Growing a business
Strong food focus
Strong ability to communicate at all levels.
Strong sales and marketing experience, and networking skills
Excellent reputation in the industry (references)
Ability to deliver on KPI's
Ability to deliver on strong financial results
Salary $60,000 -$70,000 with attractive performance incentives.
