About the business and the role

We are looking for a Star Representative to join our team who has excellent communication skills and appreciates job satisfaction from providing overseas clients with help and information.
Job tasks and responsibilities
The prime responsibility of the Customer Service Rep is to contribute to the Company's success, growth and development by: ensuring that the branch is run efficiently and effectively; providing impeccable customer service at all times.
Friday to Monday 40 hours per week
Hours worked between 0700 am - 1900 pm
7 day operation
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role you ideally need to have the following:
- Good command of English, written and verbal
- Be able to multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills face to face
- Full Drivers Licence
