A warm, cosy and busy café in Henderson Auckland is waiting for a chef to join our promising venture.
The job description of Chef is following:
Planning restaurant menus, estimating labor and food costs, and be responsible for arranging food supplies.
Supervising the quality of dishes and this includes the preparation and presentation of the foods.
Be responsible for preparing and cooking food.
Communicating and discussing dish preparation and presentation issues and problems with managers and relevant people: stuffs in the kitchen and waiter & Waitress.
Demonstrating skills and monitoring and advising on cooking procedures.
Helping to preserve, store and freeze foods and drinks.
If you believe you have the passion to complete the workload and creativity to perfect our menu, you are the right one to be our chef. You have to be punctual, patient, hardworking and creative. Experience in kitchen is necessary and relevant qualification will definitely add bonus points.
