Job description
-
Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and cooking (pan meals, handling ovens, pizza rolling and topping), and discussing food preparation issues with managers.

Maintaing cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen department.

Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures to junior staff.

Preparing, cooking, and maintain standards for all types of food.

Supervising junior team members.

Helping managers to plan menu and to estimate labour costs and ordering food supplies.
