We are looking for an enthusiastic, capable candidate for the Café Managers position to independently manage and control the operations of our Café in Henderson.
Essential Requirements:
Relevant business qualification, relevant work experience is a pre-requisite; must be able to work independently. Must be able to work flexible hours.
Along with the above essential requirements you must also have the following attributes:
· Be available to work all shifts including weekends and public holidays
· Communicate well and poses excellent customer service skills in a similar business
· Demonstrate strong leadership skills
· Ability to manage and exceed service standards and train staff
· Ability to organize and manage the operation of the store independently
· Previous experience in a similar business at a senior level.
Full time (40 hours).
