Azabu is a modern Japanese and Nikkei restaurant in Ponsonby. We are soon to open a new Japanese Pop Up dining experience at our K'Rd venue so looking for experienced Demi Chef De Parties and Commis to join the team. If you are a passionate chef that likes to work with modern Japanese cuisine in a dynamic team environment then this is for you!
Qualified chef will need to demonstrate:
Strict about food safety and hygiene systems
Good communication skills
Ability to work and think fast under pressure
Reliable and a team player
A passion for quality food
Eye for detail
All trade qualifications and certificates

80 seat restaurant with a 40 seat bar
Lunch 5 days and dinner 7 days
