My client needs an experienced health sector manager to lead this large Home in West Auckland which offers hospital and rest home care.
While there is a preference for the Manager to be a Registered Nurse it is not an absolute as you do needs sound business skills alongside the understanding of the sector. You do need a strong values base around respect, independence and responsiveness.
So if you have a background or interest in:
- Providing high quality care to the elderly
- Encouraging quality engagement with residents, family and friends
- Quality systems, compliance and audit related to health
- Taking your management experience to the next level to lead and develop teams as they deliver a quality service
