This is a permanent full time role based in Onehunga, Auckland working within our finance team in an accounts receivable position.
We are looking for someone with a strong customer focus to build customer relationships and help us grow the team moving forward:
Reporting to our Financial Controller and working with our Senior Credit Controller the role involves:
- Communication with customers in a professional and timely manner
- Reconciling customers’ accounts
- Receipting and allocation of payments
- Banking
- Assisting with debt collection
- Preparation of reports
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 2-3 years Accounts Receivable Experience
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- A team focus
- Take ownership of tasks
