Lead Structural Engineer required to manage and grow this firm’s Auckland office
This is an established and innovative multi-disciplinary consultancy who have been around for over 25 years and operating in both the Auckland and Bay of Plenty regions. They have a strong reputation in the market and are known for their niche projects and out-of-the-box solutions. This company are now looking for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to run their Auckland office.
This is an exceptional opportunity for you to grow the Auckland business and lead an already high-performing and self-managing team of Engineers. Some of your responsibilities will include identifying new business, promoting company services, managing timely delivery of projects and providing technical guidance and mentorship to juniors.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Bachelor of Engineering, and ideally be an NZ Chartered Engineer
- A minimum of 5 years consultancy experience within New Zealand
- A drive and passion for business development and creating lasting relationships
- Previous staff and project management experience
- A collaborative, respectable and approachable nature
You will be strongly supported by the National Technical Manager, Lead Senior Engineer and National Business Manager in this role.
