Reporting to the Senior Services Engineer, you will be busy assessing the engineering requirements throughout council approval processes within the infrastructure asset environment. Your technical input into the resource planning, building consent process and completion of documentation will form the majority of your day to day work. You will be interfacing with land developers and external stakeholders advising them on code of practice, land development servicing, District Plan requirements, and council policies.
Ideally you will have 3 – 4 years post qualification experience in civil or environmental engineering, yet you could be a graduate engineer on the rise, with career aspirations to carve out a leadership position in this vibrant region. You will be well supported here. Your innate high-level communication and relationship management skills will be well utilised here, as you will be dealing with many internal and external stakeholders. Detail and accuracy sit at the hear of your work as your experience shows you the impact on others, if this is not right. You will be well rewarded for your expertise, and a highly capable and focussed team would love you come on board.
