Delivering specific and industry leading product internationally, this significant operation also prides itself on meeting and surpassing client service level expectations. They are now looking to appoint an experienced Operations Manager to join their Dunedin based team.

Key responsibilities:
- Plan, organise and direct day to day operations
- Maintain an efficient environment
- Key account management and customer liaison
- Identify opportunities for production and operational improvements
- Prioritise, forecast and report on performance
- Health, safety and compliance
We anticipate the ideal candidate to have:
- A background in staff management
- Skills to develop and grow leaders within teams
- Organisational and project management experience
- Well developed communication and presentation skills
- Experience in construction or infrastructure businesses would be an advantage
