With over 25 years industry experience, this privately owned, Auckland based Commercial Construction company are a true market leader. They pride themselves on a flat management structure and a team who are highly qualified and experienced.
Due to a strong project pipeline and a period of controlled growth expected over the coming months, they are looking for an experienced Planner/Programmer to come on board and be an integral part of the company’s future. With multiple projects in the $2-$20million range, this is an outstanding opportunity for someone to who enjoys a fast-paced and challenging environment.
The role will be office based, with regular visits to site.
The role will include but not be limited to:
- Tender programmes
- Creating Construction programmes
- Construction programme up dates
- Extension of time programmes
- Contingency programmes
- Resource analysis
- Methodology input
- Construction report input
- Reporting on project progress against programmes
- Attending project meetings, health checks etc
- Crane & hoist time analysis
- Training staff on Ms Project
