This leading construction company are paving the way on various Commercial projects, with a reputation for developing their team members up the ladder. This established company are now looking for a Site Manager, they are not looking for numbers and want to be able to invest in the longevity and progression of their team members.


The Role

• Responsible for the onsite team you will ensure the day to day running of the project operates with success.
• Being agile you will be able to manage diverse projects ranging between $200k - $45mil.
• Being the direct report to the on-site team and liaising with the Project Manager team members you will have a natural gift with people
• Having a grip on the larger picture you will be able to effectively manage and problem solve through the duration of the project
• Time Management will be essential to the project’s success.
• You will be conscientious of quality and safety of throughout.

About you

• You will have strong commercial Site Management experience
• Highly driven you want to work within a company as equally ambitious leading the way in the construction industry.
• You have a proven ability to deliver projects on time with your high standards of quality.
• Relatable to all levels within the company you value maintaining effective relationships with your subcontractors and clients.
