They have an immediate vacancy for a Site Manager to deliver light commercial projects, predominantly within the education sector.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Day to day Site Management
- Ensuring adherence to project specifications, costs and time.
- Management of Foreman/Leading hands
- Supervision of site
- Reporting progress
- Meeting subcontractors
- Preparing site reports
- Overseeing H&S
A trade background and/or relevant qualification is desirable for this role. Exposure to commercial construction sites is again preferred although a good attitude and being able to demonstrate initiative is key.
