Jennian Homes Wairarapa is seeking a Junior Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will ideally have completed a formal QS / Estimating qualification or similar experience and have some knowledge of residential home building in New Zealand.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Project Manager with operational requirements
- Preparing estimates and pricing of plans
- Preparing purchase orders
- Pricing & preparing client variations
To be successful you need to have:
- An organised and efficient work ethic
- Building construction knowledge
- Working knowledge of building codes and regulations
