This is a busy manufacturing customer service setting with high value customers and complex manufacturing and delivery processes. The role supports a very busy Sales Manager with all sales process aspects such as quotes, reporting, order processing, dealing with customer queries, and overseeing customer deliveries. It also liaises broadly internally across operations, planning, technical / QA, and business services departments, to manage aspects such as inventory, quality & product queries, DIFOT KPIs etc. With many balls in the air there are always challenges and hiccups to manage through, so if you enjoy complexity and challenge, and the detail orientation and interpersonal skills that this demands, then this is the role for you.

This is a key role so we want some stand-out talent. You will have a great manner with customers and be fantastic over the phone.  You're a positive personality, independent, unflappable, and you can get through a high administrative workload. You'll have some first-rate PC/ ERP / systems skills; be confident with Excel and have an incredibly helpful approach.
