We are currently seeking passionate, dedicated and motivated individuals with a great outlook, who will to be a part of a fast paced friendly environment.
You would be part of a team responsible for building great relationships with our customers, to support and grow data acquisition, to respond to enquiries and requests in relation to our CoreLogic Products and customer needs.

Responsibilities:
- Pro-active outbound calling to acquire data, and build rapport with clients
- Direct communication and correspondence (inbound and outbound) via telephone, emails and live chats, in a friendly and professional manner
- Promotion and support of company branding using pro-active techniques, with the implementation of promotions and initiatives
- Being able to maintain, manage and identify opportunities and to support our customers.
- Develop and manage tasks to meet and achieve timeframes, targets and requirements
- Effective management of call backs and follow ups by utilising the tools available
- Objection handling and resolving customer complaints
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Build and maintain internal relationships and communication within various departments and stakeholders across the business, to ensure coordinated approach to feedback and opportunities
- Analyse results and feedback to assist with planning of strategies and recommend strategies alongside Product, Sales managers and Marketing
- Accurate data entry
What we are looking for:
- Experience in inbound/outbound, customer relations and services with KPI/Target orientated environment
- Strong phone etiquette and confidence
- Excellent and clear verbal/written communication and attention to detail
- Good knowledge with Microsoft products and CRM systems
- Positive “can do” attitude, full of energy with a lot of enthusiasm
- Great team player who is also comfortable working independently
- Flexible, adaptive and quick learner in fast paced positive environment
- Understanding of Real Estate sector (preferred but not essential)
