An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to work within a well-known company based in Auckland Central. You will be part of a fun and energetic team handling inbound telephone calls and processing orders. 

If your on a working holiday visa or in-between roles this is a fantastic opportunity to work within a great team culture. 

Duties include:

• Handling inbound telephone calls providing excellent customer service
• Order processing
• Email Correspondence

What skills do you need?

• Previous experience in a customer facing role or similar environment
• Excellent Confident and clear telephone manner
• Good knowledge of MS office
• Excellent attention to detail

Hours:
Rostered hours Monday – Friday.
