JUNIOR REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

The Challenge:
We are looking for a Junior Regional Account Manager (based out of the Auckland or Waikato regions of NZ) wanting to grow their career and demonstrating a passion for meeting with and helping clients.

Reporting in to the Field Sales Manager for Australia & New Zealand, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies across key accounts and vision-impaired end-users in the education, employment, rehabilitation and aged care sectors throughout New Zealand. You will maintain a constant presence with your key accounts and end-user clients by scheduling appointments, visiting and conducting face-to-face appointments and product demonstrations, facilitating workshops and attending exhibitions with product advocates and customers to promote new and existing low vision and blindness product solutions.

Constantly looking for new sales opportunities, you will build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast using a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) leading to the attainment of monthly, quarterly & yearly budgets. You will also create and execute promotional campaigns and activities for your key customers.

Essential Requirements:
* Previous retail, telesales, B2B, promotions or customer service experience, preferably within the optical, healthcare, aged care, educational, technology, medical devices or consumer electronics industries;
* University degree in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, Education (or equivalent)
* Goals, results and client oriented;
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly with any audience;
* Superior time management, organisation and problem solving skills;
* Excellent presentation, communication, oral and writing skills;
* Self-motivated and a self-starter, able to work autonomously across the NZ market;
* Proficient in use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and virtual communication channels (eg Skype / Zoom)
* Available to work a flexible schedule, based in Auckland or Waikato with frequent travel across NZ
