The business focuses on supplying fastening products and equipment to the construction, manufacturing, industrial, and roofing and cladding markets within New Zealand.
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our busy Wellington branch.
Main duties will include
- Dealing with Trade customers both face to face and on the phone.
- Processing orders
- Stock management
- Some heavy lifting is required
You will need the following attributes
- Customer service experience in a busy trade sales environment would be beneficial
- Experience in the fasteners and or construction industry would be advantageous
- Excellent phone manner
- Good computer skills
- Willingness to get stuck in and do what it takes for the team to succeed
- Strong work ethic and high energy level
- Team player with a good sense of humour
