Summary
We are currently looking for customer service super stars to work on-board Metlink train services in Wellington.

The role
Transdev Passenger Operators support the business by providing a high standard of service to customers, by ensuring their safety and comfort, while answering enquiries and undertaking thicket and revenue collection functions.
What you bring
- Strong focus on generating customer satisfaction
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to take charge of situations and stay calm under pressure
- A good grasp of health and safety
- Shift work on either a morning or afternoon roster
The above role is important to the safety of our passengers and as such requires the successful applicant to continue to meet employment benchmarks including criminal history check, medical examination and reference checks.
