MRC Global is the largest distributor of pipe, valve and fitting products and services to the energy and industrial markets. We are seeking a switched on customer service/sales support person to join this outstanding distribution company who distributes field equipment to the energy industry. It is rare to find a management team who lives by what they say – ‘they really do support and develop their staff’.
Responsibilities:
- General customer service enquires
- Quoting on prices
- Stock availability
- Delivery times
- Support to the sales team
To be considered for this role you will have the following:
- Previous customer service experience in a distribution company
- An excellent phone manner and administration skills
- Superb work ethic
- A team player attitude
- A willingness to learn product knowledge.
If you also have a ‘trades’ background, it will be highly valuable but not essential. This is a great opportunity to really solidify your customer service and sales administration skills.
