About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Consultant to play a key role in shaping the continued growth and success of our Auckland franchise business. Your proven people skills; a passion for interaction and relationship development; your demonstrable skills in B2C consultative sales; as well as sales development skills and experience will showcase your ability to deliver outcomes and exceed forecast expectations.

Skills and experience

• Have a passion, flair and drive for bringing client dreams to life by selling solutions and the ability to articulate needs and ideas effectively
• Have experience in sales, in particular of high value discretionary spend items
• Be professional and have the interpersonal skills to build respectful relationships with clients of all demographic profiles
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills
• Have integrity in all dealings, negotiation and selling to clients
• Have the experience, intellect and determination to achieve in selling
• Have a real commitment to achieving, developing and delivering world's best practice results
• Be a motivated and disciplined Sales Consultant with tons of integrity
• Be a results focused team player
• Have exceptional personal and spoken presentation standards and skills
• Have a demonstrable track-record in building and growing B2C sales
